Jennifer Zeifman brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare communications. With her trademark energetic approach, Jennifer leads clients through strategic planning, integrated programs and managing crisis and reputation management issues – all of which are connected to business & organization objectives for measurable outcomes. A skilled facilitator, she regularly leads sessions to better understand audiences, inform strategy and create alignment, such as journey mapping, consensus building workshops, narrative building, round tables, and multi-stakeholder advisory board meetings. Working in both the profit and not-for-profit space, she leads her team to develop programs that are designed to educate, influence and build trust with her clients’ internal and external stakeholders. Outside of work, Jennifer is an avid road cyclist, regularly logging over 250km weekly until the snow falls.
