Currently, Eleanor is a Senior AI Consultant at Syneos Health, where she develops and implements Generative AI solutions for global clients and internal products.

Alex Brock

MD Digital and Omnichannel, Syneos Health

Alex leads omnichannel and digital for communications across Syneos Health in Europe, and runs the central omnichannel team based in our London HQ. He has worked at Syneos for 10+ years, overseeing the evolution of digital insight, strategy and optimisation across the business. This has involved a range of approaches including omnichannel planning, patient journey mapping, social media listening and implementation, digital measurement / analytics and digital campaign management. Alex pioneered our internal Generative AI education and delivered our first client project with large language models six months before ChatGPT launched. He sits on our broader Syneos Health AI Council and leads our current Generative AI engagements.

Robin has dedicated over a decade to transforming how healthcare professionals engage with emerging technologies. As a leader in generative AI integration, Robin has spearheaded AstraZeneca's UK initiatives, focusing on tools like ChatGPT to enhance clinical and commercial strategies. Since 2023, Robin has been instrumental in developing applications of Large Language Models in health technology assessments and marketing, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Robin’s current work includes designing workshops to demonstrate AI's potential in campaign planning and decision-making, blending technical expertise with practical business insights.
