With a foundation as a clinical pharmacist and six years in the NHS, Will transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry, where he held various leadership roles across multiple pharmaceutical companies. During this time, Will was a final medical signatory, driving the strategic development, approval, and regulatory compliance of high-impact materials for patients and healthcare professionals. In 2024, Will co-founded AITHENA, an AI company revolutionising MLR review with a best-in-class system that empowers commercial and medical teams to accelerate content approvals while ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
