Chris Weber – Head of Customer Experience, Takeda US Oncology: With 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, Chris started his career by developing cross-channel digital journeys and building integrated sales/marketing reports and evolved into developing innovative, patient-focused business strategies. Rooted in data-driven insights, Chris applies what he’s learned through his ZS consulting experience, working with clients like Amgen, Bayer, Pfizer, Biogen, AstraZeneca, and J&J to deliver omnichannel excellence and innovate solutions. Prior to joining Takeda, Chris worked at Sobi, a rare disease company, growing the Customer Experience Team and running digital strategy, execution, and reporting across several hematology and immunology brands. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from Boston College
